Want to Join the Everleigh Social Club?

We are happy to announce a brand new membership structure for the Everleigh Social Club.  Due to the overwhelming interest in the club, we are extending open membership.  There are now two types of memberships.  Chamber Memberships are by invitation only.  Parlor Memberships are open to anyone 21 years old and older.

We’ve also introduced a new event calendar and are pleased to offer over 100 events a year for our members.  For that reason, the club will be a Members Only venue starting in December (with rare exceptions for public events).  So, if you’ve enjoyed our public events in the past, becoming a member is the best way to go.  It will get you access to the exciting offering of events, parties, dinners, field trips, workshops and much more.  There is no place quite like the Everleigh Social Club and we invite you to be a part of it.
Follow the link below and answer a few questions and we’ll tell you the membership option that is right for you.  Parlor Memberships range from $35 to $150 per year (depending on whether you live out of town, are applying as a couple, etc).  We’re certain to have an option that’s right for you.  We even have a special Model Membership option that offers membership free of charge to qualified models.
Once you’ve joined, we’ll contact you to pick up your member’s handbook and membership card and you’ll be official.  Welcome!

An Evening with the Gold Coast Madam

Join us at the Everleigh Social Club to celebrate a one-of-a-kind woman, Rose Laws, the Gold Coast Madam.

Meet the Madam herself and enjoy a special cocktail by Chef Lauren Parton of SubRosa.  The night will feature burlesque performances and a special Naked Girls Reading presentation of the new book about Ms. Laws from Lake Claremont Press.

This is a rare opportunity to see inside the life of this amazing woman in person.

July 27th, 8pm at the Everleigh Social Club, 939 W Randolph.

“We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.”
— Oscar Wilde (Lady Windermere’s Fan)

12-10-2010 Dreiser

“The world is always struggling to express itself,” he went on.  “Most people are not capable of voicing their feelings.  They depend on others.  That is what genius is for.  One man expresses their desires for them in music; another one in poetry; another one in a play.  Sometimes nature does it in a face — it makes the face representative of all desire.  That’s what has happened in your case.” – Sister Carrie

“Blessed are the hearts that can bend, they shall never be broken.” – Albert Camus

12-7-10 Wilde (Dorian Gray)

“And beauty is a form of genius–is higher, indeed, than genius, as it needs no explanation.  It is of the great facts of the world, like sunlight, or spring-time, or the reflection in dark waters of that silver shell we call the moon. It cannot be questioned. It has its divine right of sovereignty. It makes princes of those who have it.” – Lord Henry to Dorian Gray, (Chapter 2, The Picture of Dorian Gray – Oscar Wilde)

12-6-10 The Florist

“What they call its ‘spirit’ is the memory contained in its energy.” – The Florist

“There is a crack in everything.
That’s how the light gets in.”
— Leonard Cohen
